Recently, China Association of Listed Companies (CALC) released the list of “2024 Best Practice Cases of Culture Construction of Listed Companies”, and Huayou Cobalt won the “Excellent Practice Case” award for its outstanding performance in corporate culture construction.

This honor not only highly affirms its profound cultural heritage but also praises its relentless pursuit on the path of corporate governance and high-quality development. Culture has always been the root and soul of Huayou. As a model enterprise rooted in China and embracing the world, since its inception, it has set sail with the firm belief of "Rooted in China, BeFriends worldwide."

For over two decades, Huayou has started from a few flat-roofed houses and iron pots by the Yongxing River, laid its foundation in Tongxiang, expanded into Africa, established a foothold in Quzhou, developed in Guangxi, grew in Tianjin, extended to Chengdu, ventured into Indonesia, planned in Europe, and Stood in the ceremony hall of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, it has taken one step at a time, climbing one stair at a time. Each leap is a vivid interpretation of the corporate spirit of "Constantly Striving to Become Stronger and Pursuing Excellence"; each transformation deepens the values of "integrity, innovation, responsibility, learning, and passion" in the hearts of people. The culture of Huayou is not only a lighthouse for the enterprise to move forward, but also an indestructible flame in the heart of every Huayou person, illuminating their way forward.

The journey of Huayou's enterprise has been hard-earned, and its culture remains ever-fresh with time. Looking back, the young chairman, Chen Xuehua, with entrepreneurial dreams in his heart, sowed the seeds of Huayou's enterprise, leading a group of young people with burning passion and hard work, from which Huayou's business sprouted. From going to Africa in 2003 to going into Indonesia in 2018, in the high level of openness and cooperation, we actively participate in the allocation of global resources, integrate into the global industrial division of labour, join the global market competition, and grow into a respected Chinese private multinational corporation, which has been selected as one of the top 100 Chinese multinational corporations and top 50 Chinese enterprises in multinational operation for many times.
