On August 14, 2024, Zhang Jianhong, Assistant President of Huayou Cobalt, Xi Hong, General Manager of the Audit and Supervision Center, and Zhao Yan, Deputy Director of the Supervision Department, visited the Tongxiang Public Security Bureau. They presented a commemorative banner to the bureau to express their gratitude for successfully solving several cases and recovering losses for the company.

Xu Xiao, Deputy Director of the Tongxiang Public Security Bureau, Pan Weiguo, Director of the Chengnan Police Station, Ma Xiaojie, Chief of the Economic Investigation Team, and Shi Weiwei, Deputy Chief, met with the Huayou leaders for a police-enterprise exchange meeting. 

At the meeting, Zhang Jianhong, on behalf of Huayou, extended high respect to the police for their hard work in ensuring the company's safety and order and expressed heartfelt thanks for their rapid resolution of several cases involving the company.

Xu Xiao, Deputy Director of the Tongxiang Public Security Bureau, stated that Tongxiang Police, in accordance with national directives, has increased efforts to combat internal fraud within enterprises, safeguard the legal rights of private enterprises, and effectively address their concerns.

The police and enterprise representatives discussed further strengthening collaboration, reaching a consensus on improving information-sharing mechanisms, feedback mechanisms for case handling, and jointly combating crime.

Subsequently, Zhang Jianhong presented the commemorative banner to the Tongxiang Public Security Bureau, which was accepted by Xu Xiao on behalf of the bureau. The banner not only reflects Huayou Cobalt's gratitude but also symbolizes the firm determination of both parties to deepen cooperation and seek mutual development.
